Anyone know how to root a samsung infuse that is easy to do?

Android phones are fairly easy to root kit. Just be aware that a Samsung update if installed after you root kit may make the phone unusable. I had a friend that rooted his HTC Sprint phone and had a brick after the HTC update was installed.

Yeah but im to old to figure out to do the root. Download this, open that.
Dont matter if it gets bricked cuz im due for a new phone.

AT&T will only let me update my OS to Gingerbread (Which i have now). Wont get the Jellybean until 12/13 unless i just get a new samsung. If i root i can get the JB OS. Also i can use my phone as a wifi hotspot for my ipad.

Here is a link that should be helpful. You need to download the program and run it while your phone is in debugging mode. The program will root kit the phone for you.
