Finally smoked the cheese with some apple pellets. Pictures kinda tell the story
Moved the pellets to the bottom of the grill once they got to smokin.
Put the cheese on to let the apple smoke roll.....
After 1 hour, still smokin away...
Never got above 68° F, that stays cooler than my Bradley smoker.
After 2 hours of smoke I took it out and packaged it up for a 1 month wait until tasting
it really did not take on much color but sure did smell like an ashtray
