Hal and I have 75 of these on order.   Gonna get a nice trailer to mount them on, and a 10,000 watt generator..















Oh, and a 50 gallon drum of Kraft BBQ sauce.

Although I rarely use it... liquid smoke does have some limited uses. I can't think of any off the top of my head but I'm sure there's some out there!

I worked at a restaurant -- briefly -- where the "chef" thought he could prepare ribs by par-boiling them in some concoction of veggies, beef stock and liquid smoke... Then he'd finish them to order on the charbroiler and slather them with some cheap BBQ sauce (not even good stuff). He said they were the best ribs in the world <lol>!!

I tried to explain the only reason to boil ribs was to make stock but he wasn't having any of it!

I had that crock pot pit a few years back... got it as a gift. It was a really great waste of counter space.
