So this is how my life is evolving....

Thursday afternoon, my Brother in Law sent me a text, asking if I want to play golf this morning. I replied "of course". He sends me another that if I know anyone who wants to join us bring them along; so we have four. Before I could answer, he texts back "Greg (our other player) says to forget bringing a fourth player......just bring BBQ to snack on while we are playing". Gee, I thought I was being invited to play golf...didn't know it only for my Q! Gave them their choice of snack.....got the brisket, burnt ends, ribs and the pig candy ready, warming up the cambro to stick it in. On the bright side......Rick said he would pick up the beer tab!    I only wish my golf game was improving like my cooking!

The meat went over good, had way more than we could possibly eat. Asked the gals working if they wanted a little. Turned me down, the smell of Q started waifing through the club house. Asked again if they would like some pig candy. Yep, that was it, they were tearing up the ribs, brisket and burn ends too!!! Gave away a few da Wreck'n Q business cards along the way. Met a couple of people who would be interested in joining up for some competitions. It was a good day.

The golf......pretty sucky like usual..... I did get a couple of pars and a couple of quadruple bogey's!!!!!
