Nice pictures Art. We just got back this afternoon from 5 days at Mexico Beach, saw some nice sunsets there too.
Ironic becasue we drove down to Mexico Beach for lunch at the Fish House Restaurant.
Always love the laid back nature of Mexico Beach and I am sure y'all had a great time.

It is more laid back for sure. Next time you are down that way check out The Driftwood Inn. Very unique, not your typical hotel.

We looked into to that place awhile back and were wondering what the Victorian Houses were like?

Very nice Art, they have two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa or two, full kitchens. DEsigned like Old Florida Cracker houses. They are across the street from the beach but it is a very short walk and you have all the verandas and gazebos on the beach side to use. Lot's of fountains and TONS of flowers and birdhouses. They have the largest Great Dane I have ever seen that works the front desk and a pretty obnoxius parrot that works the desk too. The regular rooms in the main building are nice and we have stayed in the duplex cottages. Antiques in the rooms.

One intresting about Mexico Beach, there is no undertow or riptide on the beaches. Not sure why that is, but there isn't.
