Old Smokey Spatched Chicken
« Reply #-1 on: July 06, 2013, 09:16:26 AM »
Got a rubbed down chicken spatched and ready for the OS.

In the OS with couple taters. Used chicken rub and lemon juice in a zip lock for 4 hours on chicken.

Chicken and taters done at the same time.

On the good china  :o

Gotta have bbq sauce on my tater.

Good looking tater! You can keep the yardbird. BBQ sauce on your tater interesting. I'm more of a salt pepper and garlic with lots of butter kind of guy myself but I would try it once

Naaaa

I dont eat to close to the bones. I was raised on a chicken farm. Nasty critters they are.

Thanks everyone
