For My PA Neighbor

Today is my PA neighbors birthday and the 1st time in 8 years i aint there to have a birthday beer with him  :'(

He likes my ring bologna and this week i will see my daughter again.

SO

I'm making 7 lbs of ring bologna for her to take back north with her for him. They better sell everything and move South 

Going with some AC mix and 7 lbs of 90/10


1.5 Tbs of a side item.

All mixed in the meat and will stuff and smoke tomorrow.

The rings are done. Taking to Lake Norman, NC this weekend so my daughter can take some back to PA. My other son is going to be at his brothers, prob wont see him again until he gets back from deployment so going to give him a couple rings, some SLB and some sticks.

Nepas..are you gonna post how you make the ring bologna..I am interested..I can do this..and am willing to try the ring bologna. I have made venison sausage before and it came out real well. But my supplier for venison has died. So I haven't made any since.  I have everything except Cure #2.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
