Thanks Tee. Is maple syrup powder the same as maple powder??  I see the maple syrup powder at many sources, but not maple powder. The link from Tenpoint was for a gallon......don't need that much ???

Just don't know if their is a difference.

Will keep my eye out for the "cheap" syrup

I'm pretty sure they are the same thing Pappy. I just call them and ask for the 1 pound container. They last for about 2 years for me.

I would think the Maple powder would be a better choice - because you can adjust your liquid content easier that way.
