I doubt that this is true. Anyone that has taken even a casual look at an RV knows that the fuel cap is typically conventional and in plain sight. The sewage drain has a completely different cap, is below the RV’s floor level, and has a valve that must be released to allow draining.I think it's another example of what I call web-s%*t, the fiction that some people write to see if they can convince others that it’s true.
