Looks really good Jim.  They did take on some nice coloring. Might have to get the recipe from you. Im not real impressed with the one I have

Can you make this with bigger casings? I'm thinking about 2"  rounds for rustic pizzas. Is it at all spicy..I think I would like a lil spicy pepperoni?  Pam      ☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི
