Sorry my southern friends but this made me laugh

There is another southern tradition that hasn't been mentioned:  Heading for the grocery store to buy bread and milk when the first snowflake falls!  Stores are overwhelmed the minute the weather bureau announces any snow at all.

When snow is forecasted for northern Alabama, we go get beer, cornflakes, and toilet paper.
