RAD tongue might not look appetizing but when properly cooked it is delicious!

Nothing like a Torta De Lingua :)

Agreed - we have a relatively authentic Mexican place here, and every time I visit the establishment I order lengua burrito - melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness
