I talked to Don tonight and he is in CT. He's in the States for a few weeks with golf (won't be getting back to Houston for awhile) and then back to Russia for the Paraolympics. He said it'll be about a month before he'll be coming through Augusta on his way home.
He said he stayed in the Radisson while in Russia and it was good. Place was beautiful over there. Worked very hard. Long hours.

Hey, guys. I'm back. Dee was almost right. I was in Stamford, CT this afternoon when I talked to him, but I am going to be sleeping in my own bed tonight. I got to Houston late this evening. It was a long and strenuous month. I am soooo glad to be back home. At least for a couple of days. Then heading to Palm Beach Gardens for the weekend. You would be surprised how much the resort area at Sochi looks like southern Florida with lots of palm trees and tropical vegetation. All in all it was a sucessful trip without any major problems. Did I mention that I was glad to be home.
Somebody fill me in on what has been happening on the forum for the last month.
And thanks everybody for the birthday wishes. I haven't decided yet what age I am going to turn this year but I feel like I'm going to get younger. Pammie says that I can be any age I want. It looks like February is a great month for Don's. Happy Birthday to you, Smokin Don.
