New toys
« Reply #-1 on: May 30, 2014, 07:54:31 AM »
Have some new toys... a Camp Chef Explorer two burner propane stove with a barbecue box and a Del Rio fire pit (also propane fired)...

Should be a nice summer if the weather cooperates (it was 38 degrees this a.m.).

Used the fire pit last night to burn off the lava rocks... it is nice and puts out a good amount of heat. Camp Chef says it will run for about 20 hours on high with a 20 # propane tank.

I have a tripod and griddle that goes over it so it can be used for cooking. (I haven't tried that yet but it should be interesting.)

We use one of those dual burners at our BBQ shop.    It is a workhorse!
