Grilled Mahi Mahi
« Reply #-1 on: May 22, 2014, 10:33:39 AM »
Last night I was in the mood for fish, so I decided to grill some mahi mahi steaks. Rubbed the mahi mahi with a little evoo then sprinkled some sea salt, ground black pepper, and granulated garlic. This was just so simple, but boy was it ever good.

Nice! It looks like you are using the grill grates. Did you turn the temperature down to a medium or so? How long did you cook each side?

I'm trying to learn better text me and skills on cooking fish. My heat and release technique and skill are quite lacking.
