Ribs won't fit!
« Reply #-1 on: May 26, 2014, 12:41:31 PM »
I love my cooker , but the cooking area is a little narrow :-[
The area is 36 in X. 16 in.
If I ever get a cooker made I'm going with 36 X 20 in.
Most racks BB ribs will just fit but some St. Louis style are a little long.
It's OK I just drape over a beverage can.
No leftover cans  :o
It's a little early .......but a mans gotta do what he's gotta do ::)

Looks like you could cut the rack in half, place one half just like you have the other racks.  The second half looks like it would then lay on the grill surface above(towards the back) the first but run it left to right.

Rib roller coaster.  Kinda packed in a little tight aye?  I like a little room around my meat for circulation but everyone does it different.
