Oh yeah! Great color on that bird. What did you put on it?

Blend 1 bottle of beer (I had corona on hand)
5 T smoked paprika
1 head peeled garlic
Salt to taste. Make it a tad bit salty as finished birds will be perfect
1T ground pepper

Marinade a couple birds with that overnight
