REC TEC Prime Rib
« Reply #-1 on: December 27, 2014, 07:44:08 PM »
I made a PR pretty much following the REC TEC You Tube Video.  I made a paste of Fresh Rosemary, Thyme, cracked black pepper, Kosher Salt and Chipotle Olive Oil and I added some Garlic.  Rubbed down, wrapped in plastic and in fridge over night.  Out of plastic to air dry in  fridge, then injected with beef base, Worcestershire, garlic and soy sauce.  On RT with smoke for 35 mins at 500 then down to 300 until reaching an IT of 129.  It turned out pretty damn good...
Seasoned up and injected
