New member from Maryland. I guess this is the natural place to go when married to a Texan who is used to eating Cousin's BBQ :-)
I am awaiting my very first pellet grill, a Blaz'n Grand Slam. I have cooked on gas and charcoal for many moons but this is my first dive into the world of Pellets.
I am looking forward to learning recipes, techniques and getting to know you all.
