Gus I have been posting some of my cooks under the stick burners section...

http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?board=29.0

And some others in the Sous Vide section too.

The grill is a great finisher for SV cooked food.

I have made shrimp, chicken, pork chops on my cook air. It can do lower temps with the lid and setting of 2 or 1.

How about some planked salmon?

Well, I got scolded for ordering some rubs from Oakridge boys so my Cook air is still in the trunk of my car ;D It's a hatchback and you can see it through the window. She's walked by it 3 or four times already, hopin she'll just discover it on her own and end my torment :'( Cook some Boneless Poke chops Gusrobin...

Thanks Pappy, I have come to the conclusion that people that have a BBQ addiction should not have a credit card or at least me :-\
