Sausage and Veggies
« Reply #-1 on: June 02, 2020, 07:48:28 PM »

Tonight I made something I usually make with just onions, potatoes and good smoked sausage.
I decided to night to add vegetables sort of like stir fry. I used frozen vegetable medley with carrots, broccoli, wax and green beans and red and green peppers.

I did this outside on the Blackstone so one must be careful and stay hydrated.

Everything added and mixed.

At the last minute I decided to griddle and butter some BBQ bread.

Time to eat!

This is so good it makes you want to go back for more and more.

No, for this I like using something like Kiolbassa made in Texas and sold at Sam's Club or French settlement or Veron's made at the Veron's supermarket in Lutcher LA. Not the mass produced Veron's sold at a lot of groceries.
