Rainy Day White Beans & Rice

We did white beans and rice with warmed and buttered French bread tonight.

These were previously cooked and thawed from the freezer but still pretty darn delicious.

We'd eat a lot less well if God hadn't invented freezers, Zip Loc bags, and cookers that made far more than we need at any given time. I've even finally gotten SWMBO used to checking the list on one of the freezer doors to see what we have "in stock" before she asks if I can make whatever it is she wants.
