This was one of the things we cooked up for game day. Nothing fancy or difficult; just a twist on Moink Balls. But they ended up taking center stage.
Cream Cheese Filled Moink BallsI mixed up 3 pounds of meat balls: 2 lbs ground beef, 1 lb ground pork, salt, pepper, onion, garlic & parsley.
You can use your favorite meatball mixStuffed some cream cheese in each (sorry for the blurry pic).
Wrapped each in bacon
Onto the MAK at 400° until done.
These will definitely get a repeat performance at our house!
