I like smoked oysters, and I like mussels, so I bet I these would be really good.Do they need to sit in the oil for 3 months or can they be done in less time?
Why the canola and not olive? Is it for the neutral flavor of the canola? Now that I think about it, olive oil would probably alter the flavor.
