fantastic rib cook bent.  they are cooked perfectly.  love the crust.  I'm starting to put sauce on the end also.  I like them that way.  love me some black beer.  wish I was hanging out w/ ya.   8)

I'm sure we'll get to hang out one day....

So I put these on and went out to work on the RV, took it for a spin, etc... Got home to find out we had NO FOIL....<&^%$(^> ... Dry ribs it is. Scrounged for some sauces in the "stash" came up with some pretty good stuff.

Feeding Five, but it doesn't cost any more to run the smoker for 6 racks than it does three, and leftover ribs make great work lunches.
