The Coppa is just a tad soft in the middle yet. Thinking another 2 weeks.

Hi everyone.

Just bought a Galaxy S5 active so i'm trying out the camera. Sorry if the pic looks funny, i'm still trying to figure it out.

Here is the Coppa as of today. Going to leave in UMAi bag until Sunday then slice. (if i can wait)  :D :D

I will be in and out of the forum for the next week or so as we are packing up to head to Rainbow Springs State Park in Ocala, FL For 3 months.

Coppa Opening

Today is the day.

Opening up the Coppa in the UMAi bag.

Smells and looks great.

I dont have a slicer so i try to slice as thin as i can by hand. Now i need some smoked cheese and crackers. The sweet and slight peppery rub turned out good on it.
