Bought a couple bags of frozen U-10scallops @ Sam's a while back.
Packaged them 1/2 lb to a food saver bag & added 1/4 stick butter , lemon juice , & Greek seasoning & into freezer.
Easy meal!
Crock pot to 130F scallops in the bath.
Heated some no salt added green beans with ham seasoning & a little oil.
Pre-made refridge rated mashed taters .
Left scallops in 40 min
Drained liquid , & thickened for sauce .
Scallops sprayed with Pam & into hot skillet for a minute each side.
