Thanks for the kind words, Art.

I like to use the lemons several ways - if I have a salad they become part of the "dressing." Or a squirt on veggies wakes them up. But I really like a good squirt on my steak, chicken or seafood (steak in this case.) It just adds a brightness that seems to bring the steak flavor out. Just plain lemon works (or lime when doing fajitas) but the grilled lemon seems to add just another flavor that I really like. I've also been caught just eating them... oh they ARE good.

Good Grief!!

What beautiful steaks!

Now, which grill did you use?  Looks like the grill grates worked real well...nicely seared.
Don't worry too much about your daughter...she'll probably come around when she gets a little older.

Just sayin'...       ;)

Hey Jack,

Thanks!

I am using a test grill - not allowed to talk about it. But the vents and grate make it a turbo cooker - things do go very quick... needs some testing to get it right.

I agree about my daughter, when I met my wife (well she wasn't my wife then...) she liked her steaks well done like her dad. She hated mushrooms and onions, and well there was a long list. After a few (20) years, she likes her steaks on the rare side of MR, enjoys sautéed onions and mushrooms and has been seen drinking a red wine... so, there is hope for Emma...

I keep trying...  ;) ;D

Hey Jack,

I am using a test grill -

I imagine that "test grill" may cook well in Minnesota, but what about in the hot, humid bowels of the South?

Have the folks even thought about THAT?  Don't you think it would be necessary to "test"one here in middle GA before they release it publicly?

just askin'...

B T W, I WOULD be willing to test a unit for them

Good point, Jack. I will be sure to mention it to them.
