Jan's rub skinless chicken
« Reply #-1 on: August 23, 2012, 10:16:32 PM »
We needed a quick meal tonight so I went with skinless yardbird on the Grill2Go.
These were rubbed with Jan's rub (from another forum) I will find the recipe and post it here.

Used pecan wood pellets to get smoke flavor to the chicken breast
All smoked up and ready to eat

Yes I even burnt Kimmie's chicken (kills me but if she's happy) Thougth about sending this picture in to see if I could win the infrared grill but remembered I used an infrared grill  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D LOL

Looks good Tommy!

I find that I must marinade skinless chicken or it comes out a tad dry for me...

I'll tell you one thing, infrared grills keep it moist and with a good rub it's a win-win!
