Nice work RAD! - and really good use of the grill space - with how you cooked the ribs on their edge.  You get extra points for that!
RAD Knows how to pack a grill and cook some meat.
Nice job, sir!

Great looking ribs RAD!

I use the curl method for ribs in the Big Easy when camping and they always come out excellent ;)

Thanks everyone.

I pulled the butt from the fridge and sliced using my electric knife (Note to self: Get a slicer - Really)

This was very good. I added some Sonny's BBQ sauce and nuked for a few seconds. Very most and tender. A must do again.

The PICs didn't turnout for some reason. But you get the point.

Love to cook and eat

Looks really good Rad. Start saving for a slicer, make sure you get a 10 inch or bigger. Mine is a knockoff on a LEM slicer I bought on eBay and it works well.
