For me this is a WOW Rick! Just great, final plate is gorgeous! How about a recipe for the Arepas? I tried to make some once and didn't turn out well. Don

we have a different brand than the PAN here but what I found was that it required alot more water than the directions called for.  I do mine on a griddle to get the grilled marks and finsih in the oven
