I'm shocked I'm actually saying this lol but I'm getting bored with my usual BBQ ribs
I thought I might try something a little different and do some jerk st. louis ribs. I've never done jerk ribs before and thought about just getting some of the Walkerswood paste and go with that and possibly finishing with the Walkerswood BBQ sauce. Just looking to do a simple cook and not wanting to buy a ton of ingredients to make it myself lol. Have any of you don't jerk ribs on your PBC? I've seen the recipe on their site but just looking to go the store bought route.
