Title: Grandson's BD request, BBQ Spare Ribs
Post by: Savannahsmoker on June 27, 2016, 08:04:19 PM: At my Grandson, who grills his own Chicken, 12th BD request 4th July weekend Dinner I prepped 4 racks of SamsClub ribs. Not sure about other stores but our SamsClub ribs are spot on with tons of meat.

The Grid Iron is chucking along at 225 degrees with three racks for the next four hours. Ever hour I will spray with a mixture of apple juice and apple cedar vinegar. Love the smell and look of the smoke when burning Perfect Mix pellets.

lol. not sure if it makes Illinois but a neighbor two houses away and one from across the street came looking for freebies.
