Title: Last Meal on the Gasser A Multi-Cultural Affair
Post by: hikerman on June 20, 2014, 10:30:20 PM
We are giving our 2 burner CB IR to our youngest daughter Sunday and thought we'd get one last meal from it. Fridays usually are an easy cook night here and tonight was no different. But, it was multi-cultural night as we had foil wrapped sweet corn with butter and Tajin Mexican seasoning, shrimp and grits left over from last night, Costa Rican rice and beans, smoked Italian sausage with German stone-ground mustard and Italian breadsticks. Lots going on but it was one very tasty meal!  Happy Friday All!  8)

What a great farewell party for the gasser.  What about the multi-cultural beverages, what were they? ;)

Thanks everyone!
Just finished sprucing it up a bit for our daughter. A bad storm recently ruined her grill, so she is pretty excited to be getting a gently used grill for free! And momma is happy too, as she gives me the "stink-eye" whenever my thoughts run to getting a new cooking toy! I've just created more room for something! A great day.....everyone wins!  8)
