We are giving our 2 burner CB IR to our youngest daughter Sunday and thought we'd get one last meal from it. Fridays usually are an easy cook night here and tonight was no different. But, it was multi-cultural night as we had foil wrapped sweet corn with butter and Tajin Mexican seasoning, shrimp and grits left over from last night, Costa Rican rice and beans, smoked Italian sausage with German stone-ground mustard and Italian breadsticks. Lots going on but it was one very tasty meal! Happy Friday All!
