Understand your concerns, I go thru the same same there are times I like smokey meat and others times where I just like it grilled.  That's the convenience of having different types of cookers they all have there advantages and appeal to your current taste buds, keep everything you got sooner or later you'll want them back,  keep on cooking!  :)

just remember that your taste buds change every 7 years..just sayin.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Hmmm...I thought that was wives....? ::) 8)

Seems to have been my rule Tee.... Not by choice lol

As far as taste people tend to get burned out on one particular flavor no matter how good if exposed to it long enough. Our brains are engineered to do this so we get plenty of different minerals and vitamins in our system. So variety is the spice of life.... And very necessary

Hey T - a new marketing approach. Set up a " subscription club" - send out a new variety pack of spices every month - the pack is called "The Spice of Life."
