Rad, I cut the meat with a fillet knife...I took the IT to about 125 degrees.

Nepas, now is a good time to purchase as the dealers have 40 dollars off at this time. Cuts the price back to $339.00. I plan to put mine in the 5th wheel.

smokeasaurus, I cut the slices about 1/8 inch thick. I have a picture from an earlier cook.

Old Dave, nothing old about those cheese steaks! They wouldn't get very old around me!
We only cook and eat the piece of the hog that made a pig of itself.

I also have the GMG Tailgator (use it in the motorhome). I also now have a new sandwich to put in my recipe book.

Looks great. With the weather like it is here in Oregon the motorhome doesn't get out as much as the grill does...  ;D
with the holidays and guests not unusual to put the meat on the GMG Daniel Boone and veggies on the tailgator (Davy Crockett).
Everyone is good at something....
I just happen to be a good bad example.
