I think those will be Good!! I have a new liking of chili cheese fritos. I'm going to try and duplicate a snack stick mix from the spices off this ingredient list on the back of the fritos  :) Just thinking out loud :)



why not just pulverize a cup of these fritos and mix into the meat?

I was thinking that too Rick but wasn't sure how all that corn would turn out in a stick.

Don't put any NFDM in the mix and crush them up real good and they should be fine.  You might hit on a big winner that we will all want to make.

You may just want to do 1 lb of these sticks.
Powderize 1/2 cup fritos cuz IMHO i think the corn is going to zap the moisture from the meat.
