Another new toy and sausage mixes

Had to run to Birmingham Al for a doctor appointment       So I went on line to try and find a place that sells AC Legg seasonings and I did.   WOW like a candy store for sausage making 

I picked up a new toy, a pedal switch for my grinder and a bunch of sausage seasonings    also picked up a bag of sheep casings for smoked sticks for Kimmie and 4 bags of pink salt (cure #1) for snack sticks

Kimmie even liked the place    so it was a good day .  We  even plan on making sausage this weekend 


 Ken If I had time I would have called you but we were in a rush to get across town to the doctor's office .    Maybe next trip we'll meet up

Yes Tommy I am reading this.. bring plenty..I got guys that like my sausage gravy and biscuits. I might be persuaded to make a batch or 2. If you make sxome brats, I will bring homemade sauerkraut that is making as we speak.  Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
