Hi everyone. I'm Marc! Glad to be a member. I found this forum searching for ways to smoke meats using my Charbroil BEESR. I used to read TMB's posts on the charbroil forum until it was closed.
I'm new to smoking, so I'm taking baby steps. But its fun all the same! So far I've done chickens (whole, quarters, etc), ribs, and a few boston butts. I made one into pulled pork which was pretty good!! I haven't tried beef brisket, as I'm not sure if I'm ready for prime time yet. But for a novice, the BEESR is very forgiving, so I may give it a try. Thanks for reading. :-)
