here is the recipe for the pita .
1 cup coconut flour
4 tbsp psyllium husks
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 cups boiling water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix in a mixer all the dry ingredients for few seconds.
add the oil and the boiling water mix till it forms a dough .
roll it and let it cool off .
cut into 6 and form a pita .
put in a pre heat oven at 360
bake for 35 to 45 minutes .
