A little plate of Charcuterie at work
« Reply #-1 on: July 10, 2012, 08:27:23 PM »
Brought in some of my Charcuterie and shared with my fellow workers. Sorry for the poor pic, my phone don't take good pictures. The Bresaola is growing on me, think I'm starting to like it  :o

Bresaola dipped in extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
Milano Salami
Smoked cheese
Olives stuffed with cream cheese.

This is basically the recipe I followed for bresaola, it is made from beef.

All of it looks mighty fine, especially that Milano Salami!

GREAT looking plate.  I'm with Sparky on this one, a couple of FT's and some crackers.  That is a meal unto itself.  Everytime I go back to Elizabethtown, PA I go to Groff's Meat Market and buy several pounds of their thinly sliced dry beef.  I use this as an appetizer (like you did) and to make some killer "gourmet SOS".
