Not sure if fried green beans are exactly HEALTHY per say, but these are low-carb version so we'll pretend they're legit.
Put a combo of bacon grease and coconut oil in a pan (about 1/4 deep) on medium heat till it was good and hot.
Dipped the green beans in beaten egg, then dredged in a mixture of coconut flour, black pepper, and Tony Chachere's seasoning.
Put them in the oil and cooked them for about 4-5 minutes-- basically till they were nicely browned, which left the beans with just a bit of crunch.
Pretty dang tasty, but a bit labor intensive-- they were disappearing faster than I could make them!
