Getting the stuffer prepped for some venison grind. I cut the end off a zip lock and place over the auger neck to eliminate splatter on the walls  :D :D




5 lbs ground for something, undecided yet. Going to cut in 3 lbs of poke butt later.

Added 2 more lbs of venison 7 lbs. Cut in 3 lbs of pork butt.

This is the 1st mix (no dry) back into the fridge for a few hours and then a re mix before adding the dry.

Thinking 7 lbs of smoked ring bologna and 3 lbs of dry UMAi salumi.
