Just put these into the MES 30. Coated with T's BBQ Savor and Bacon Savor.

Smoked them with 1 cup of cherry wood....1/2 cup at start and other 1/2 2 hours into the cook. Set the temp at 225 for 5 hours and then pulled and FTC for 30 mins and then chowed down. Great taste and very tender.

Ooooo! I love country style ribs. Grilled in the SRG is how I like em with some Zacks grilling spice.
