Rib Roast, Cheesy Spinach Risotto, and a Hot Naked Fatty!

3.5 pound, single bone rib roast done to 125 degrees in the Davy Crockett.  Seasoned with course salt, course pepper and a little bit of garlic salt with parsley.  Risotto was cooked with smoked turkey broth (from the carcasses of the last couple of turkeys that I did), spinach and some "stinky feet" 3 cheese blend.  Fatty is Jimmy Dean hot with a sweet honey pork rub.  Meanwhile, Tinker is playing with his Christmas present, a new scratch post (replaces an identical one that the string had come undone on).

Looks mighty tasty!!  I have a rib roast on my MAK right now.  It is starting to look and smell pretty good.  Pictures later.

Nice meal SB, I've got one going in the Bradley about 3pm for some Pecan smoke and then a quick sear in the SRG to finish it off.

Your title confused me. I thought you had Tee over for some rib roast and risotto. ;)

Pappy how can you make that mistake? Tee is no where close to "Hot" :P
