Sous Vide - Prime Rib

Wanted to try something different this year w/ the Prime Rib.  Never cooked a piece of meat this big sous vide before, so what better day to experiment than the holiday meal  ;D

Rubbed, sealed, and ready for the bath




Ready for a quick sear..........pegged the thermometer (800+) on the Keg




Sliced & plated




Absolutely delicious........These were @ 5-6 lb/ea and I wasn't sure how long to let them swim, so I let 'em go 11 hours

I did a 5lb.'er yesterday for 10 hours Sous Vide-  then seared...The best I have done so far ;D Yours looks awesome!
