Introducing myself, Tuckaloe from the mountains of southwest Pa here, about an hour east of Pittsburgh.
I"m a relative newcomer to Q but have had tremendous success using my Weber 22.5 kettle and a Maverick 732.....added a Pit Barrel Cooker to the collection through some unexpected serendipity....I have never eaten so well.
We've been smoking ribs and chickens, a few turkeys, pork butts....going to try a brisket for the first time in the very near future.
It's a pleasure to be here.
