Hello from SE Virginia
« Reply #-1 on: January 07, 2015, 11:15:48 PM »
Hello, I'm a new guy to this  Forum and I am looking for sharing information and ideas about BBQ, smoking and grilling. I presently have a Weber Genesis and Char Broil vertical gas smoker.... which I modified to meet my needs. I have been trying for about 4 years to attain consistency in making edible BBQ. I have almost burned out my Char Broil smoker and started looking buying a new smoker using charcoal or sick fuel.  So, as I Googled the net for opinions and ideas I found this site. I read some of the postings and I liked what I saw and I think I have not even begun to realize the amount of knowledge that this forum posses.  I have also dabbled in making rubs, BBQ sauces and marinades, but I have along way to go in that area.

That's a never ending journey, but a fun one!
