Why I probably won't be smoking tomorrow
« Reply #-1 on: February 25, 2015, 11:21:23 PM »
I know that some of you have had more, but here in "Sunny" Alabama we aren't used to this. In my area it started about 2-2:30 and we had about an inch an hour and it is still light snow falling. On my back deck I have measured 7.5 inches so far.
Here is why I won't be smoking:

The good news is that it is stopping soon. The bad news that the temps will be below freezing tomorrow morning so the roads will remain bad.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

Come on man!!!! Don't let a few inches of snow stop you, fire that puppy up and melt all that white stuff off your patio.  And make sure you've got plenty of adult antifreeze in your system.  ;) :P

These pics remind me why I do not visit family in WI in the winter.
Cold here also, won't get to much more than in the middle 50's.
Next up is the man in Hawaii with their cold temps.  :)

Well it ain't exactly Hawaii but Las Vegas will record it's warmest Feb ever and yesterday a new record was set when the high topped out at 72F, making it the 18th day in this month where the high broke the 70F mark.

No worries, we will feel the pain this summer when it's 115F, IN THE SHADE, and we go back to indoor cooking in the A/C.  We do some outdoor cooking in the summer, like when I climb in my truck, my rump gets roasted and my palms get seared on the steering searing wheel.  :P
